Job description
As a production assistant at Van Meer Foods, you will work in the production of dairy products and artisan cheese making. You play an important role in the entire production process, from receiving raw materials to the finished product. You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and working procedures.
Your duties:
- Operating production machines and equipment in both the dairy and cheese production areas.
- Producing and processing milk and other raw materials into various dairy products and cheese.
- Performing quality checks on the produced products.
- Packaging, labelling and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to hygiene rules and safety regulations.
- Solving minor malfunctions in the production process and reporting larger malfunctions.
- Supporting the team in daily operations in the cheese factory.

- A proactive, flexible and motivated working attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts (if applicable).
